JD Bots Repository is a marketplace to buy reusable bots and chatbots. This repository is operated by Dewiride Technologies Private Limited.
Please take into mind that, unlike physical goods, digital goods can’t be returned. Because of this, there are different rules for refunding digital goods.
When requesting a refund, please do so by sending an email to “support@dewiride.com”. Please take into account that a refund can only be given within 30 days after your purchase. You can only request a refund once, so please make sure you submit any required information. Please first always contact us before requesting a refund.
Requesting a refund
You have the right to a refund in the following situations:
You purchased the same item twice.
If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, we are happy to refund a duplicate purchase.
Dewiride Technologies does not give any refunds in the following situations:
- You have not provided enough information to determine why you have the right to a refund.
- You do not have the knowledge to use the item.
- The purchased item is not working because of misconfiguration or a not supported setup in the buyer’s environment.
- You can’t access the item anymore because the item is no longer available on our platform.
- The item does not meet your expectation or you don’t want it anymore.
- The refund is requested more than 30 days after purchase.
The refund request process
After a buyer has applied for a refund request, the seller has 5 days to help the buyer solve the problem and/or decide on the refund request.
If the seller does not respond to the buyer through the refund request during this period, the refund request will automatically be decided in favor of the buyer.
If the seller does respond to the buyer through the refund request but does not decide on the refund request. The refund request will be automatically closed and no refund will be given.
Processing the refund
If a refund request has resulted in a refund. The refund request will have to be processed by JD Bots. This normally takes 7-9 business days to complete.
Cancellation
Digital goods once purchased cannot be canceled. A refund is applicable based on the above policy.
